01

Our commitment

Rihuum aims to make its digital experiences usable by people with different abilities, devices, bandwidth conditions and ways of interacting. Accessibility is treated as a continuing product and quality responsibility, not a launch-day claim.

The target for public websites is alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where applicable and practical, supported by semantic engineering, design review, automated checks and human testing. Alignment is not represented as formal certification.

02

Features in this release

The website uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-visible focus, responsive layouts, meaningful link text, labelled controls, alternative text for informative images, reduced-motion support and colour contrast designed for readable use.

Forms identify required information and provide status messages. The RIA Guide, privacy controls and mobile navigation use buttons and accessible labels rather than relying only on visual cues.

03

Known limitations

Some third-party content—such as future map, analytics, advertising, learning or client-platform integrations—may have accessibility characteristics outside direct Rihuum control. Rihuum will evaluate those services before production and provide text alternatives or another route where feasible.

The approved logo originates from a supplied raster image and may not remain perfectly sharp at every enlargement. It is accompanied by the written company name in primary identity areas.

04

Testing and improvement

Releases should be checked with keyboard navigation, responsive viewports, automated accessibility tools and representative assistive technology. Important journeys such as enquiry, learning and client support require additional human review before production.

Accessibility findings are prioritised with other product defects, assigned an owner and tracked through correction and regression testing.

05

Report an accessibility barrier

Describe the page, task, device or assistive technology involved and what prevented completion. Rihuum will acknowledge the report through the available contact channel and seek an accessible alternative while the issue is assessed.

Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in an accessibility report.

Questions or requests

Email info@rihuum.com or use the Rihuum contact centre. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
